How much time do you take to complete the project?

The nature and scope of the project may vary from customer to customer. Even two residential architectural projects cannot be identical. Every project is unique and requires extensive understanding; hence, no exact estimate can be made. You can contact us to know the exact completion time of your project according to your customized requirements.

How can I be sure that the cost will not exceed the budget?

We do not talk about estimates about the budget. We have opted for systematic international standards that help us to work in a proper manner. We inform you about the budget after calculating the exact amount of cost according to your requirements. In this way, the cost never exceeds the budget.

What is your specialized architectural area?

We offer various services like residential architectural service, commercial architectural service, landscape architectural service, town planning and interior designing. You can approach us if your want any other customized service. Town Planning includes Comprehensive Master Plans, Structure Plans, Land use Plans, Zoning, Action Area Plans, Urban Renewal Programs, Transportation Planning, Housing Schemes etc. Architecture & Landscape Design includes designing civil structures & buildings such as residential, office, industrial, educational, health buildings, high rise commercial buildings, plazas, and Landscape designing in the form of parks, open spaces, tot lots, gardens, etc. Infrastructure/Services Planning & Design such as roads including earthwork, drainage system, bridges, walkways etc., water supply system including Tube wells, Reservoirs, underground and overhead storage, filtration plants, distribution network etc., sewerage system including sewer pipes, manholes, sewerage treatment plants etc. Environmental Planning & Design Services like Environmental Assessments & Feasibility Studies, Environmental Conservation Plans, Environmental monitoring programs, etc. Construction Management & Supervision like Project Management Planning, Resident Supervision, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management, Project Planning & Implementation including Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Appraisal & Evaluation etc.

How do you make sure that my home will be 100% according to my requirements?

As we have mentioned often, we design homes, not houses. We do not add up anything that does not look good in designing homes. The first thing that we do is listening and understanding. Only then, we come to know about your dream home, and it might take a bit longer time. Dream homes are not easy to be designed because designing dream homes requires extensive understanding and high-level creative skills. After understanding everything, we do our creative magic and provide you with aesthetic and alluring designs. You can select one from the designs and ask for improvements. We do everything until you are 100% satisfied.

How much do you charge for a project?

Every project is unique, and we cannot predict or quote a fixed fee for all projects. All projects have different requirements. The fee depends on the requirements. The more the requirements, the more the fee. Another factor that is critical in calculating the fee is urgency. If you want to complete a project on an urgent basis, you would have to pay more.

Can you work virtually?

We can work on designs virtually, but we have to schedule our inspection visits. Quality is another name of Zaheer Associates. Therefore, we do not compromise on quality. That’s why we have to visit the site, which means we can work partially virtual.

What are your business hours?

Our office hours are 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. from Saturday to Thursday (Friday is off), but you can contact us online or over phone call 24/7. We feel pleasure in answering your queries.

Can you help if I do not have any idea about my project?

Do not be worried if you do not have any idea about your project. We got you covered. We have plenty of designs for your home. If you are in need of town planning or Landscape, we can design 100% customized projects for you.

Do you have a technical team?

Yes, we have a technical team that helps us at different points during the project. From checking the project’s feasibility to inspection to project management, we have a technical team of engineers. The technical team also helps us in designing your ideal home.

Do you manage the project as well?

Project management is one of the most important sections of the project offering by Zaheer Associates. We design houses that will never go beyond your budget while meeting all the requirements and even deadlines.
